At first glance, that didn't look like chocolate sprinkles... It looked like a sandwich full of grubs. (I know, gross. Sorry.) By the way, in Australia, sprinkles are called "Hundreds and Thousands". Because there's hundreds and thousands of them I guess.
I hold a BFA in Jewelry and Metalsmithing from Kent State University and an MFA in Metal Design from East Carolina University. In 2012, I curated the international, juried exhibition "Hot Under the Collar" and was the Artist Fellow in Fine Metals at Peters Valley Craft Center. I currently teach adjunct at Craven Community College in New Bern, NC.

My childhood sitter, who was Dutch, used to give bread with butter and chocolate shavings. Mmm. Thanks for the memory.
