I found out this past week that John Paul Miller passed away last weekend at the age of 94. John Paul Miller was one of my metalsmithing idols, ever since I watched him receive the SNAG Lifetime Achievement Award at the Cleveland Conference. I never got to meet him, let alone work with him, but he was still a huge inspiration to me during my formative years as a maker. Here are just a few of his pieces to commemorate his passing.
